Establishment of an ultimate cloud computing infrastructure platform: The development of cloud computing must be based on the establishment of a stable infrastructure platform.

Inspur provided two thousand units of its flagship NF5280M4 dual-path servers and one hundred units of its NF5460M4 storage servers to assist China Unicom in its establishment of an ultimate cloud computing infrastructure platform.

  • Inspur's flagship NF5280M4 dual-path server provides excellent computing power and flexible scalability, which allow support for various applications on China Unicom's cloud computing platform. It assists China Unicom in providing its governmental, enterprise, and industrial clients with diverse cloud computing products and services, such as information systems, human resources management, enterprise resource planning (ERP), enterprise mailboxes, and customer relationship management (CRM).
  • In order to meet the storage requirements of its cloud computing platform for massive data, China Unicom utilized Inspur's 4U36 NF5280M4 server, which is optimized for distributed storage systems. The server is much sought after by clients in the internet and telecommunication industries, as well as large-scale enterprises. With a storage capacity of up to 360 TB, its storage density is twice that of conventional storage servers. Furthermore, its devices require 50% less space, which greatly increases the chassis space utilization rate in data centers, thereby providing sufficient storage space for China Unicom's cloud computing operations.
